Dan Stine • National Director Energy Solutions
Dan Stine possesses more than 17 years of experience in performance contracting, energy management, building commissioning and operational engineering for educational, healthcare, military, and federal government institutions. Within Aramark, Mr. Stine is responsible for managing a team of 35 professionals who develop and implement energy programs and projects for our Clients across the country. His current responsibilities include oversight and management of the Aramark Energy Solutions team. In this role he is responsible for the development of energy related program and project standards and ensuring that the Engineering and Asset Solutions team is implementing these programs and process in a consistent and high quality manner.
In addition to developing performance contracting projects, Dan has experience with building commissioning, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems, operations training, design reviews, facility condition assessments, deferred maintenance studies, utility data analysis, and Measurement and Verification (M&V). He has extensive experience working on central chilled water systems, HVAC systems and controls, air and water balancing, and building automation systems.
In addition, Dan has provided numerous energy awareness training sessions to military installations across the globe. These training sessions were developed and customized to each location by Dan and presented to facility maintenance staff, facility engineering, and executives. Training was provided at locations including South Korea, Panama, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Education: B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Michigan Technological University. Certifications: Professional Engineer (MI, IN, OH), LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP O&M)
