Suzanne Morris • Director Capital Program Management
Ms. Morris has more than 24 years of progressive capital program management, project management, and engineering experience. She has been involved in planning, design, renovation and new construction projects for higher education clients for over 20 years. Ms. Morris is a Director in Aramark’s Capital Program Management organization. In this capacity, Ms. Morris supports capital project managers and clients at various Aramark accounts and has responsibility for overall quality control and client relationships.
On behalf of Aramark, prior to her current position, Ms. Morris served as Associate Director and as Regional Capital Program Manager with responsibility for the East and Mid-Atlantic regions, supporting program management engagements and Aramark investment projects from Virginia to New York. Ms. Morris supported the growth of Aramark’s CPM team during this time expanding to offer turnkey design-build services to clients looking for a simplified project delivery method.
Ms. Morris also served as the Capital Program Manager at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and Wesley College in Dover, Delaware. Under her guidance at Franklin & Marshall College, over $85 million worth of projects were completed on time and within budget, including the $48.7 million Barshinger Life Sciences & Philosophy Building, a state-of-the-art science research and teaching facility. Her projects at Wesley College included stadium upgrades with turf field, press box and lighting, dining hall renovations, classroom modernization, and residence hall fire protection retrofit projects.
Prior to joining Aramark, Ms. Morris was the president and co-founder of a construction management company focused on historical restoration and custom residential projects on the eastern shore of Maryland. In this role, Ms. Morris had responsibility for business development, internal operations, estimating and bidding, field supervision, and client relationships. She also has managed projects at the University of Delaware and practiced civil engineering in the public and private sector in California.
